IMAX's revolutionary projection technology delivers crystal-clear images. Using the largest film frame in the motion picture industry, IMAX film is 10 times larger than Hollywood's standard 35-mm film format. Did you know a 40-minute IMAX film is approximately three miles long?

IMAX's powerful audio system delivers laser-aligned digital sounds. Although the IMAX screen appears to be solid, it is actually perforated with thousands of tiny holes to allow sound to pass through.

The word IMAX is short for "Image Maximum."
Normal movie film is the size of a stamp, while the IMAX film is the size of a postcard.
A single 500-foot roll of IMAX film, which is just enough to capture just 90 seconds of action, weighs five pounds.
IMAX film is strong enough to pull a truck.
The IMAX projector weighs 2,500 lbs. and is the size of a small car.
An IMAX bulb has 15,000 watts of power and is so powerful that it can be viewed from the moon with the naked eye.

At six stories high and 80 feet wide, The World Golf Hall of Fame IMAX Theater has the largest screen in North Florida and is a 2D Theater.
A 501c3 non-profit, our theater features inspiring educational documentaries and a selection of Hollywood's biggest movies.
With 299 seats, the steeply-pitched stadium seating allows for everyone to have full view of the screen.
The World Golf Hall of Fame IMAX® Theater provides closed and descriptive captioning services at no charge for hearing and visually impaired guests for a selection of films.
Concessions and yearly memberships are available.
